Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my three-night stay in a lovely Superior King Room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. loading luggage at a distance was a hassle. closer parking would greatly enhance the arrival experience. Don’t miss the restaurant’s wonderful breakfast options!

Charming, Charming, Charming
I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room that offered a stunning view of one of the oldest colleges nearby—talk about history right outside your window! The atmosphere in the bar area was simply delightful. it’s beautifully decorated and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. To top it off, the staff were incredibly attentive, quickly fixing any small issues and always making sure I felt at home!

Centrally situated, stylish design features, high safety standard
The room I stayed in felt like a cramped box rather than a premium hotel experience!!! The pricing seems completely unjustified by the limited amenities and noise issues in the common areas!!! Communication with handling staff left much to be desired!!!

The rooftop bar is a real gem, perfect for sipping cocktails with a view of Oxford’s charm. Plus, the beautifully furnished rooms and complimentary treats were delightful surprises as we settled in.
A bit tricky with the windows stuck shut, and the A/C felt colder than we'd like. While the room was cozy, it had a snug feel that took some getting used to.

Stunning rooftop bar and central location
I had a fantastic stay, particularly enjoying the stunning rooftop bar that offers breathtaking views of the city – a perfect spot for evening relaxation. The central location made it incredibly easy to explore Oxford and nearby attractions. My room was beautifully decorated, and the complimentary treats added a lovely touch. the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking, which could use some adjustment.

Exceptional service stood out throughout my stay, especially with an immediate response to a minor issue in my bathroom. The central location allowed for easy exploration, and the hotel boasts a lovely, spacious lounge area. Organic products were a delightful touch, enhancing the dining experience. the room faced some noise from the street, and the roof terrace wasn't accessible during this visit.

It was just a good pick for a city holiday in Oxford with good value for money. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, though we could've used cups. Make sure to clarify breakfast options before you go.

Location in the heart of Oxford is amazing. It’s easy to walk to main attractions, which is a huge plus. The spa area provided a relaxing escape after a busy day, definitely a highlight of the stay. the noise from adjoining rooms was unbearable. I couldn't believe I was stuck beside a family with a baby, making sleep impossible. The check-in process felt rushed and unwelcoming. I waited a long time for service at the bar. I had to flag someone down after 30 minutes. Breakfast not being included added to the overall disappointment, especially given the price I paid. Staff interactions were hit or miss. some were kind, while others seemed unfriendly and indifferent. I felt the hotel didn’t meet expectations for the price paid. I was genuinely looking forward to this stay but ended up leaving early due to exhaustion.

pleasant stay but inconsistent check-in experience
The bathroom setup was excellent, and I appreciated the fresh milk for tea instead of the standard UHT option. The bed linen was pristine, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
The check-in process felt slow and could use improvement.

Family with children heaven
The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond for our needs. They even warmed milk for our bottles, which was a lifesaver during our stay.
It was a bit on the pricey side, but given the comfort and service, I found it acceptable.
